These terms govern your use of NEXTARI, a gaming “second screen” companion operated by Nextari GmbH. By creating an account you accept these terms.
NEXTARI is a companion that runs alongside your games: it links and aggregates your gaming life and brings you creators, collections and community. NEXTARI is not a shop. Purchases and downloads always happen at the source (Steam, Epic, consoles and others); NEXTARI only links and tracks attribution, it never replaces your store or processes those transactions.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
Creator status is review-only and can never be purchased. Sponsored content must always be labeled. You agree to our community rules: no harassment, illegal content, or manipulation. We may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant NEXTARI a non-exclusive licence to host and display your content within the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Rankings, matches and recommendations are bias-free: paid placements never change them. Advertising is always labeled.
Optional paid features (e.g. subscriptions, tips) are billed as described at purchase. Your statutory right of withdrawal is set out in our Withdrawal policy.
NEXTARI is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes in good time before they take effect.
Clubs and associations can use NEXTARI to keep member, training and event records and to present their teams. NEXTARI provides the tools; the club remains responsible for its own records, filings and reports, including everything it hands to a tax office or a sports federation. Whether esports counts as a charitable purpose (§ 52 AO) is decided by the competent tax office for each club; NEXTARI gives no legal or tax advice. Records the club marks as internal stay internal to its officers.
NEXTARI is intended for users aged 16 or older. Younger users need the consent of a parent or guardian.
You can cancel paid subscriptions at any time in Settings (“Manage in Stripe”) or by email to hello@nextari.gg with the subject “Cancellation”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
